Students are officially  enrolled once the student’s registration packet has been filled out in full and received by City View on or before the paperwork deadline for each enrollment phase.  For Kindergarten families the first months Kinder Fee must be paid as well at this time for your student to be enrolled.  As part of the registration process, please complete and submit the information requested in this online student registration form. You will need to fill out an online registration form for each student that is enrolling in City View Charter. You can expect to spend approximately 15 minutes on this process for each student. The information you enter can be saved so you may return to the form to complete it at a later time, if needed.

NOTE: YOU MUST CLICK "SUBMIT TO SCHOOL" TO COMPLETE THIS ONLINE STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM. THE REGISTRATION PROCESS WILL NOT BE FINISHED UNTIL THE SCHOOL HAS RECEIVED ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.
To send in your registrations forms, please make sure that all forms are filled out completely and that you have submitted all forms of the Student Enrollment / Registration Packet, listed previously.
