Please start your Fulton County Online Student Registration by completing the form below. 

After your online registration has been completed,  and all required paperwork uploaded, you MUST email the OLR application number to [email protected]. ​ Please feel free to email [email protected] with any questions or call the school at (678) 466-7300.

Please review the registration instructions below.  

• You have 5 days to complete registration and send the application number to [email protected].
• Failure to complete the registration application, upload all required documents and send the application number will result in your seat offer being rescinded due to incomplete registration. 

1. Gather Required Documents
 

• Proof of Residency - Please submit your current lease agreement/mortgage statement AND a current electric or water bill received in the last 30 days -- GAS BILLS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
• Parent/Guardian Identification - Must be a valid, government issued ID card, driver's license or passport.
• Proof of Date of Birth - A certified copy of your scholar's birth certificate.
• Social Security Card - Social security numbers are voluntary. However, the lack of a Social Security number will result in the denial of the HOPE scholarship.
• Ear, Eye, Dental, Nutrition Screening (Form 3300) - This Georgia Department of Human Resources certificate (Form 3300) must be signed by the Health Department or a licensed Georgia physician.
• Immunization Certificate (Form 3231) - Immunization information must be on the proper Georgia Department of Human Resource form; these are available through the Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness or your local physician. **Affidavits of Religious Objection to Immunization must be notarized.**
• Academic Records - Please send the most recent report card or transcripts from your scholar's previous school. These are essential for proper placement of students. Students in grades 7-12 also will need copies of any discipline records. **If you are entering from outside of the US, all transcripts must be translated to English.**
• 504/IEP/ESL – If your scholar has a 504 plan, receives Special Education services, or has received English as a Second Language services please let us know and forward those records to us before the completion of enrollment. 
• Current Legal Custody Documentation (if applicable)

2. Complete the Acknowledgement form below, you will be directed  to the Fulton County Schools Online Registration Portal

• Select the link for new or current families to complete the enrollment application in Infinite Campus and upload all required documentation.
  
  

3. Send Confirmation Email to Enrollment Team

• Please send an email to [email protected] with your scholar's name and application number as the subject line confirming that the registration application has been completed.
• ​Any documentation that you were not able to upload in the application, please send to [email protected] or drop off at the front office to Mrs. Cherrika Holloman.
• Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive either a welcome letter or notice of outstanding documentation.

4. Transfer Notification (if applicable)

• If your scholar is already enrolled at a school within the FCS district, kindly notify the current school of your requested transfer so that they can complete enrollment updates on their end.
