Please start your Infinite Campus student registration by completing the form below. (Scroll down to access the form).
  • During the registration process, you will receive an OLR (Online Registration) application number within Infinite Campus. Once you have completed the online registration and uploaded all required documents, you MUST email your OLR application number to [email protected] to finalize your submission.​

 Next Steps:
  1. Update information under:
    • Primary household, parent/guardian, and emergency contact (click save/continue).
  2. In the student section, enter details only for the child with the offered seat and upload necessary documents.
  3. Review and submit your registration.
Documentation Needed:
  1. Complete OLR student registration.
  2. Under STUDENT SERVICES, upload paperwork for IEP, 504, Gifted, ELL/ESOL.
  3. Under PREVIOUS SCHOOL, upload:
    1. The most recent Report Card (Not required for K)
    2. Behavior/discipline record
  4. Under DOCUMENT UPLOADS, provide:
    • Birth Certificate/Passport
    • Copy of student's SS card/number
    • Current Certificate of Immunization (Georgia Form 3231)
    • Current Hearing, Dental, Vision Screening Certificate (Georgia Form 3300)
    • Two current forms of Proof of Residence (appropriate records for verification of residency must include any two of the following in the name of the parent)
      • One (1) current Utility Bill (  Water OR Electric)
      • One (1) additional current proof of residence (ex:  Home Mortgage Bill, Valid State Driver's License/ID, Home Sales Contract, Section 8/HUD Housing Contract, Homeowner's/Renter's Insurance Card, Bank Statement, Paycheck Stub, Apartment/House Lease, HOA Bill/Statement )

After Submission:
  • Your application will be processed, and updates will be communicated via email.
  • Upon approval, you'll receive a confirmation email from Amana West.
