STUDENT ENROLLMENT CHECKLIST

Please read this entire page before beginning and complete all steps (You may select another language option at the bottom of this page).
Please note that online registration alone does not secure your child's seat at AMANA ACADEMY. 

·Gather the required documents needed to upload:
  • Birth Certificate or passport
  • Social Security Card
  • Eye, Ear, Dental Screening Form (GA Form 3300)
  • Immunization Certificate (GA Form 3231)
  • Drivers license of a PARENT
  • CURRENT utility bill in the name of the parent (Gas connection notices will be accepted)
  • Current Report Card (This item only, will be emailed) 

​If you do NOT currently have a student enrolled in a Fulton County Public school please click the link below to complete the registration and upload all requested documents. Be sure to hit submit. IMPORTANT: Write down the application number in the upper right of the application. CLICK HERE (select your language on the form)

​If you CURRENTLY have a student enrolled in a Fulton County Public School Log into Parent Portal account and follow the instructions to add a new student or complete the In System Transfer for an existing student. IMPORTANT: Write down the application number in the upper right of the application. INSTRUCTIONS
