·Gather the required documents needed to upload:
- Birth Certificate or passport
- Social Security Card
- Eye, Ear, Dental Screening Form (GA Form 3300)
- Immunization Certificate (GA Form 3231)
- Drivers license of a PARENT
- CURRENT utility bill in the name of the parent (Gas connection notices will be accepted)
- Current Report Card (This item only, will be emailed)

If you do NOT currently have a student enrolled in a Fulton County Public school please click the link below to complete the registration and upload all requested documents. Be sure to hit submit. IMPORTANT: Write down the application number in the upper right of the application. CLICK HERE (select your language on the form)

If you CURRENTLY have a student enrolled in a Fulton County Public School Log into Parent Portal account and follow the instructions to add a new student or complete the In System Transfer for an existing student. IMPORTANT: Write down the application number in the upper right of the application. INSTRUCTIONS
