Please complete the Fulton County Online Student Registration link above.

 If your child is NOT currently enrolled in a Fulton County School, Follow the “New to Fulton County” directions.

 If your child IS currently enrolled in a Fulton County School follow the “Current FCS Families” directions.

After your online registration has been completed,  and all required paperwork uploaded, you MUST email the OLR application number to [email protected]
Required Documents  to be uploaded:
  • Ear, Eye and Dental Screening (Form 3300)
  • Immunization Certificate  (GA Form 3231)
  • Social Security Card or Waiver  

Proof of Residency - One of the following:
  • Copy of home mortgage payment
  • Lease/Renters agreement
  • State Drivers license with current address
  • Copy of home contract
  • Current bank statement
  • Homeowner’s/renter’s insurance card or statement
  • Current paycheck stub
  • Current HOA bill/statement
  • Copy of Section 8/HUD housing
AND
  • One current water or electric bill (not gas)

​Proof of Date of Birth
  • A certified copy of a birth certificate, certified hospital issued birth record or birth certificate 
  • A passport​
